Pleuroparenchymal Fibroelastosis (PPFE) on Chest CT

47 M with idiopathic pleuroparenchymal fibroelastosis. Typical imaging findings:

- Upper lobe volume loss, distortion

- Dense subpleural and pleural fibrosis 

 - Rare 

- GVHD, lung transplant, radiation, drug, idiopathic
