Liver Abscess on POCUS Ultrasound


Fever and RUQ pain/tenderness isn't always chole. In this patient population make sure to sweep the liver and check for any irregularity. This #POCUS has a complex cystic structure consistent with spontaneous liver abscess - could have been easily missed.
