Lichen planus 


A. Flat-topped, polygonal, sharply defined papules of violaceous color, grouped 

and confluent. Surface is shiny and, upon close inspection with a hand lens, fine white lines are revealed (Wickham striae, arrow). B. Close up of flat-topped shiny violaceous papules that are polygonal.
