High Risk:
Antigout: allopurinol 
Antibiotics: sulfamethoxazole, sulfadiazine, sulfadoxine
GI conditions: sulfasalazine 
Anticonvulsants: carbamazepine, lamotrigine, phenobarbital, phenytoin, fosphenytoin 
Antiretroviral: nevirapine 
NSAIDs (oxicam): meloxicam, piroxicam
