On the left a patient with ARDS. 
There is alveolar edema in both lungs. 
Notice that the VPW is normal.
The vessels in the upper lobes are not dilated and the cardiac silhouette is not enlarged. #Clinical #Radiology #CXR #ARDS #Alveolar #Edema #RadiologyAssistant
