Kernig's Sign in Meningitis

Kernig's sign is present if the patient, in the supine position with the hip and knee flexed at 90°, cannot extend the knee more than 135°, has pain with extension of the knee, and/or there is flexion of the opposite knee. In this video, the infant cries as the knee is extended.
