Abnormal pulsation in the neck in the setting of Aortic Coarctation



10 yo male,  his father has TGV with a Senning surgery  an note an abnormal pulsation in the neck asymptomatic , I noted abnormal high blood presure in both arms (130/100 mm HG) and absent femoral pulses, also an aortic systolic clic and interscapular murmur.  Echocardiogram shows  aortic coarctation with near 60 mm HG of systolic gradient
