Vitreous Hemorrhage on Ocular POCUS



What is your diagnosis?

Resolution: Vitreous Hemorrhage. Unlike linear echoes c/w vitreous & retinal detachment (latter often anchored @ papilla);vitreous hemorrhage more like a fluid, is dependent (note here it forms a meniscus @ posterior aspect of eye) & moves like seaweed (in this case like a wave).
