College-age male with right groin pain/swelling.  Simple abscess? 

Right groin pain/swelling case.  Sagittal Doppler video of area.

Answer: Chancroid with bubo.  US-lymphadenitis with some suppuration.  Had tender penile ulcer 3 weeks ago.
