Pseudobladder of large Ovarian Cyst in Torsion on POCUS - Sagittal View



Young female with sudden pelvic pain. UCG neg.  No PMH.  Additional images/videos in thread. Diagnosis/differential? Is the urinary bladder full?  

 Answer: Large rt ovarian cyst mimicking urinary bladder.  Note Foley balloon-bldr decompressed.  Also has fluid in cul-de-sacs.  Don't confuse large midline ovarian cyst as bladder. Taken to OR.  Ovarian torsion.

If you see a pseudo bladder from ov  cyst or the double bladder sign in or female with abdominal pain, think ovarian torsion.
