Management of interstitial lung disease (ILD)-associated with systemic sclerosis (SSc)



Therapeutic indication: absolute decline in FVC >10% (or >200 mL) and/or in DLCO >15% (or 3 mL/min/mmHg) over the 12 months OR immediately for extensive and symptomatic form



Symptomatic treatment : vaccination, optimization of GERD treatment, oxygen, rehabilitation, tobacco stop,nutritional support
