Traumatic Perisplenic Retroperitoneal Hematoma on POCUS Young male with fall from 20 feet. Soft vitals, LUQ/flank pain. No free fluid seen in Morison's pouch or pelvis. Perisplenic diagnosis? Answer: patient has large retroperitoneal hematoma seen. On CT scan had extensive hematoma/hemorrhage with active blush and underwent embolization. Note the distortion of the position of the left kidney on the perisplenic window.
