Pulmonary Embolism on POCUS Echocardiogram



Mid 30's female with chest pain/dyspnea.  Triage EKG (no prior).  Sister had MI in early 40's. Differential/diagnosis?  Activate cath lab? See thread for POCUS

Pulmonary embolism.  POCUS (apical window shown) with dilated RV, McConnell's sign, and additional clot seen in RA.
