Winged Scapula on Physical Exam



Common things being common just standard scapular winging, but this is more exaggerated than typical isolated long thoracic /serratus ant... trap seems involved as well, concern for add’l spinal accessory, therefore for both is lesion at plexus? Even more obscure, dont believe this is case but have seen patients with chronic locked dislocations present this way as well.
