Pulmonary Embolism in COVID-19- Clot in Transit



57 year old COVID PUI  with massive RA thrombus burden, DVT, and PE.  Successfully treated with Angiovac complicated by RV failure likely from iatrogenic embolization. Resulted in cardiac arrest.  Stabilized with RP Impella.  💪🏻
