Increased Ischemic Risk:

 • Prior MI

 • Diabetes

 • Older age

 • Chronic kidney disease

 • Heart failure

 • Current smoker

Increased Bleeding Risk:

 • Anticoagulation

 • Prior bleeding

 • Older age

 • Chronic kidney disease

 • Anemia

 • Low body weight

Increased Limb Risk:

 • Prosthetic bypass

 • Below-knee bypass

 • Suboptimal conduit

 • Poor arterial run-off

 • Extensive lesions

 • Tissue loss
