Chemotherapy Toxicities - Mitotic Inhibitors

Paclitaxel 

 • Indications: Breast, ovarian, NSCLC, KS, H&N 

 • Toxicities: BM↓, hypersensitivity, acute infusion reactions, peripheral neuropathy

Docetaxel 

 • Indications: Breast, NSCLC, prostate, gastric, H&N 

 • Toxicities: Liver tox, BM↓, hypersensitivity, fluid retention

Vinblastine 

 • Indications: Lymphoma, Mycosis fungoides, testicular, KS, Histiocytosis X

 • Toxicities: Extravasation, BM↓, neuropathy, bronchospasm, stomatitis

Vincristine 

 • Indications: ALL, CNS, HL, NHL 

 • Toxicities: Neurotoxic (deaf, blind, ataxia, peripheral neuropathy, areflexia, ileus), MI, SIADH, extravasation, bronchospasm
