Chemotherapy Toxicities - Monoclonal Antibodies

Trastuzumab, Pertuzumab

 • Indications: Anti-HER2: HER2+ breast cancer 

 • Toxicities: Cardiotoxicity (↓EF), hypersensitivity, pulm tox, headaches, diarrhea, URI sxs, extremity pain, teratogenic

Rituximab 

 • Indications: Anti-CD20: NHL, CLL 

 • Toxicities: Hypersensitivity, cytokine release synd., HBV reactivation, PML, renal tox

Bevacizumab 

 • Indications: Anti-VEGF: Cervical, colorectal, GBM, ovarian, RCC, NSCLC

 • Toxicities: Perforations (septal, GI), wound dehiscence, nec fasc, hemorrhage, HTN, eye infection 2/2 endophthalmitis

Cetuximab 

 • Indications: Anti-EGFR: colorectal (KRAS wt), H&N 

 • Toxicities: Cardiopulmonary arrest, hypersensitivity, angioedema, ILD

Panitumumab 

 • Indications: Anti-EGFR: colorectal (KRAS wt) 

 • Toxicities: Rash, photosensitivity, N/V/D, hypomag., ocular sxs, ILD/pulm fibrosis
