Point of Care Ultrasound (POCUS)
Point of Care Ultrasound (POCUS) is the practice of using ultrasound to instantly look for and diagnose medical conditions at the bedside. POCUS is replacing the stethoscope as the medical practitioner's tool of the future. Diagnose heart failure, pneumothorax, traumatic injuries, fractures, and much more without waiting for an x-ray and subsequent read from a radiologist. POCUS can be performed in a modern hospital, a rural village, or an ambulance.

GrepMed is crowd-sourcing the largest searchable online collection of #POCUS images and video clips. Search by system ( #Lung, #Scrotal, #Ocular ), window ( #PLAX, #PSAX, #Transvaginal, #Transverse ), modality ( #doppler, #mmode ) and more.
