Having used canvas and blackboard I can say that blackboard totally sucks from a user design standpoint. Canvas is so much easier to use
Switching to Blackboard Ultra - any tips from those with experience My Community College is switching from base Blackboard to Blackboard Ultra. Admin has sent plenty of āheads upā emails, trainers, etc. and some faculty have responded with broad concerns over this or that feature being different. Both are helpful in their own way.
So, can the instructor review my actions during my exam on Blackboard ? Will they be able to see that I had typed out my response entirely in the one text box before moving it to the other text box? Could I potentially get in trouble for this? Any and all advice is greatly appreciated and thank you all in advance.
We switched from Blackboard to Canvas about 4 years ago and I like Canvas much more. It was born as a cloud based service and is more mobile friendly. However on the back end my understanding is Canvas isnāt as powerful for data analytics. But for plain old instructional services Iāve liked it quite a bit. Reply reply tsuga-canadensis- ā¢

Blackboard gives you x3 mult if cards held in hand are spades and/or clubs. Right now Wild cards allow Blackboard to be activated, which is weird cause: If we consider a Wild Card a card with all suits at the same time, they are indeed spades/club cards, but also diamonds/hearts, so blackboard should not activate.
No but some professors have threatened students with having ITS review their internet traffic during the testing time to see if they were cheating. Iām not sure if itās ever been done though, might just be a threat. I would just play it safe and not cheat. You might think youāll get away with it and then slip up once and now youāre in a meeting with the dean of your college determining ...
