 • Abdominal or flank pain

 • Leukocytosis

 • Fever

 • Hematuria

 • Elevations of serum LDH, transaminases, CK

 • Acceleration of preexisting hypertension or new onset hypertension

 • AKI

 • Incidental finding of perfusion defects on enhanced renal imaging
