Narrow Complex Tachycardias (Simplified)

Irregular:

 1. Atrial fibrillation - Usually the correct answer

 2. Multifocal Atrial Tachycardia (MAT) ≥ 3 different P wave morphologies

 3. A regular rhythm with variable conduction

Regular:

 1. Sinus tachycardia

 2. Atrial flutter

 3. (Ectopic) Atrial tachycardia - Ectopic P

 4. "PSVT" (atrioventricular)

   - No obvious P (or retrograde)

   - AVNRT, AVRT, Junctional tachycardia
