 • Thrombocytopenia (HIT, ITP/HUS), Coagulation defects (DIC, warfarin necrosis), Trauma, Drugs

 • Vasculopathy - Deposition: Paraproteins, Calciphylaxis

 • Vasculopathy - Emboli: Septic, Cholesterol

 • Vasculopathy - HyperC: APLS, PV/ET

 • Leukocytoclastic Vasculitis (LCV), Immune complex mediated (cryoglobulins, IgA), ANCA associated small vessel
