Acquired Cystic Kidney Disease (ACKD) Screening and Management

 • Asymptomatic dialysis/renal transplant patient, aged >60 years, poor medical condition with low life expectancy → No screening

 • Asymptomatic dialysis/renal transplant patient, aged <60 years with high life expectancy → Ultrasound annually

 • Symptomatic dialysis/renal transplant patient, gross hematuria, lumbar pain, fever, erythrocytosis, etc. → Ultrasound immediately
