Epsilon Wave - Highly Specific, Sensitivity ~30%
Other manifestations include:
 • QRS duration > 110ms in VI-V3
 • T wave inversions in VI-V3
 • RBBB (complete or incomplete)
 • Prolonged S wave upstroke ≥ 55ms
However, the EKG at presentation may be completely normal.
