 • Intrathoracic, lower airway: Heart failure, Bronchiectasis, Bronchiolitis, Aspiration, Foreign body aspiration, Parasitic infection (e.g. Strongyloides, Ascaris), Churg-Strauss syndrome, Allergic bronchopulmonary (ABPA)
