Triad:
1) Pleural effusion + 
2) Ascites + 
3) Benign Ovarian Tumor
R pleural effusion more common & mistaken for cirrhosis c/b Hepatic Hydrothorax
 • Usually exudative, but can be transudative
 • SAAG <0.5 (non-portal HTN)
Resolution after removal of the tumor
