Patient with risk factors
 • IV drug use
 • Residence in endemic area
 • Multiple sexual partners
 • Blood transfusion history
Patient symptomatic Disease processes  
 • Adult T-cell leukemia or lymphoma
 • Paraparesis (and from at-risk country of origin)
 • Undiagnosed myopathy
