Cold Snare Polypectomy
When Should I Use Cold Snare Polypectomy?
 - Cold snare polypectomy should be used for polyps up to 10mm
 - For polyps ≤ 3mm cold forceps removal may be used
 - Cold forceps polypectomy is not suitable for polyps ≥ 4mrn due to increased risk of incomplete resection
Piecemeal Cold Snare Polypectomy vs. EMR
 - In comparison to EMR, pCSP is extremely safe (from post-polypectomy bleeding, deep mural injury)
 - Piecemeal approach does not compromise effectiveness of CSP for non-dysplastic SSLs
 - SM injection not essential however, but dye aids in lesion demarcation
 - More data required to address the role of pCSP in the treatment of SSL with dysplasia and adenomas
