Intraductal Papillary Mucinous Neoplasms (IPMN) of the Pancreas - Classification
A) BD-IPMN (Branch Duct)
 - Cystic dilatation of the side branches with grape-like clusters of cysts communicating through narrow channel with the pancreatic duct 
 - PD shows little to no dilation
B) Diffuse main duct IPMNs
 - More or less uniform dilatation throughout the extent of MPD 
 - May show patulous ampulla of Vater
C) Segmental MD IPMN - localized dilatation of the duct
D) Mixed IPMN - possesses both MPD & cystic BD dilatation
