Thromboelastography (TEG) Based Management
 - If R time prolonged -> FFP 
 - If MA low -> plts/cryoprecipitate (if fibrinogen < 150) 
 - If fibrinogen < 150 -> cryoprecipitate 
 - If platelets < 50 -> platelet transfusions 
 - If LY30 increased -> 1000mg tranexamic acid
