Pancreatic causes:
 - Pancreatic cancer
 - Complications pancreatitis: eg pseudocyst
 - Cystic fibrosis
 - Post ERCP
Non-pancreatic causes:
 - Salivary gland radiation, trauma, infection or ductal obstruction
 - Drugs: 5-ASA, metronidazol, metoclopramide, ranitidine, sulindac
 - Active IBID
 - Renal failure / Chronic alcoholism
 - Celiac disease / HIV / Diabetes mellitus
 - Macroamylasemia: HI V, celiac disease, ulcerative colitis, rheumatoid arthritis and monoclonal gammopathy
 - Ovarian or fallopian tube cysts
