IBD Colonoscopy Surveillance 
LOW RISK - Follow-up Colonoscopy at 3 years:
 • Quiescent disease , Endoscopic and Histologic healing
 • No additional risk factors for CRC
INTERMEDIATE RISK - Follow-up Colonoscopy at 1-3 years:
 • Mild active inflammation (endo or histo) OR
 • Inflammatory polyps OR
 • Risk factors for CRC (FH> 50)
HIGH RISK - Follow-up Colonoscopy at 1 year:
 • Mod-severe inflammation (endo or histo) OR
 • PSC (including after liver TX) QR
 • Colonic stricture in the past 5 years OR
 • FHx of CRC in a 1st degree relative
