 • Ptosis: Loss of innervation of the levator palpebrae superior. Ptosis is severe in comparison to Horner's syndrome
 • Extraocular Muscle Weakness: Loss of innervation of the superior rectus, inferior rectus, medial rectus, and inferior oblique
 • Dilated Pupil: Loss of parasympathetic innervation to pupil constrictor
