Vocal Cord Paralysis on Bronchoscopy
Bronchogenic carcinoma sometimes presents dysphonia as the first symptom. This patient complained of hoarseness in the last 3 months, rapidly evolving with chest pain. Note the vocal cord paralysis on the left!!!
