Active Straight Leg Raise Test (ASLR)

The ASLR tests assesses the ability to load the pelvis through the limb and Pelvic Girdle Pain (PGP)

Testing each leg separately, the patient is asked to elevate their leg ~2 cm while maintaining knee extension.

The test is considered positive if there is pain or significant fatigue (>3 on 0-5 scale) or weakness maintaining the position.
