Necrotizing Fasciitis - Three cut-sections of the anterior chest wall skin, fat, fascia, pectoralis muscles, and rib bones.
 1)Normal chest wall.
 2)Origination of infection within the fascial layers.
 3)Progression of the infection through those layers and into adjacent tissues.
