- Sarcoidosis: perilymphatic distribution.
- Metastases: random distribution.
Cystic LCH:
- LAM: round cysts, evenly distribution in women in the child-bearing age
- Cystic bronchiectasis: 'signet ring sign'.
- Centrilobular emphysema: no walls, central dot.
