Prolymphocytes


In our case, the patient has T-prolymphocytic leukemia (T-PLL) not Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML).  🔬Tumor cells are NOT blasts but 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐲𝐦𝐩𝐡𝐨𝐜𝐲𝐭𝐞𝐬: small to medium size lymphoid cells with mature chromatin and with cytoplasmic protrusion or blebs
