Wolff-Parkinson White 
Preexcitation syndrome where an accessory pathway (Bundle of Kent) directly connects the atria 

and ventricles allowing electrical activity to bypass the AV node causing symptomatic 

arrhythmias. The WPW pattem can be seen in the absences of symptomatic arrhythmias.
