Second Degree Heart Block, Mobitz Type II



• p waves are normal 

• QRS complexes are usually (not always) wide due to concomitant bundle branch block 

• PR intervals are always the same duration 

• There are dropped beats 

• The block is below the AV node, generally in the His-Purkinje system
