Treatment of Non-hepatitis C virus Cryoglobulinemia Vasculitis - French Vasculitis Study Group



MONOCLONAL CRYOGLOBULINEMIA (TYPE 1) 

IgM monoclonal component 

 • Target lymphoplasmacytic proliferation (CD20+) 

 • Rituximab, obinutuzumab, bendamustine, chloraminophene 

IgG monoclonal component 

 • Target plasma cells (CD20-) 

 • Alkylating agents, bortezomib, thalidomide or lenalinomide 



MIXED CRYOGLOBULINEMIA (TYPES II AND III) 

Glucocorticoids Immunosuppressive or immunomodulatory agents if severe and/or refractory disease ± Plasma exchanges
