Thromboelastography (TEG) based therapy and Management



If r time prolonged -> FFP

If MA low -> plts/cryoprecipitate (if fibrinogen < 150)

If fibrinogen < 150 -> cryoprecipitate

If platelets < 50 - > platelet transfusions

If LY30 increased -> 1000mg tranexamic acid
