Pelvis Insufficiency fractures

 - Back pain consistently one of the top three most common ER chief complaints.

 - Insufficiency fractures are a major pelvic cause of low back pain.

 - Patients are often elderly and have many comorbidities confounding the diagnosis.

 - Typically occult on plain film and often require MRI if suspected.

 - High morbidity with associated injuries: bladder rupture, femur fractures
