Olanzapine 5 mg PO/SL/IM q2h max 30mg

Risperidone 0.25 mg PO q1h max 15mg

Quetiapine 25 mg PO q1.5h max 50 mg

Haloperidol 0.5 mg IM q30m max 10mg

Lorazepam 0.5 mg IV q15m max 6mg
