Clinical Presentation

- Exertional dyspnea

- Chest pain

- Palpitations

- HF Symptoms (orthopnea, PND, LE edema)



Physical Exam (For Severe AS)

- Late peaking systolic crescendo-decrescendo murmur

- Sustained apical impulse

- Delayed carotid upstroke 

- Absent or diminished S2
