Malignant Causes (2/3 of cases)

 - 95% 

     - Lung Cancer

     - NSCLC (most common)

     - SCLC

     - Lymphoblastic Lymphoma

     - DLBCL

 - 5%

     - Primary Mediastinal Germ cell neoplasms

     - Metastatic Cancer

Non-Malignant Causes (1/3 of cases)

 - Central venous catheter induced thrombosis

 - Infectious causes

     - Histoplasmosis

     - Nocardiosis

 - Retrostemal goiters

 - Post-radiation local vascular fibrosis
