 • Systemic lupus erythematosus

   1. Anti-dsDNA (in 70% of cases)

   3. Anti-histone (in drug-induced SLE)

 • Systemic sclerosis (scleroderma)

   - Anti-Scl-70 (anti-topoisomerase antibody) seen in 30—70% of cases

 • Sjögren syndrome

 • Granulomatosis with polyangiitis without renal involvement - PR3>MPO - ANCA+ 60%

 • Renal-limited vasculitis - MPO: 75-80% - ANCA+ 90%
