 • Infectious: HAV, HCV, HEV, EBV, HSV, CMV

 • Neoplasm: Infiltration- often breast CA, small cell lung CA, lymphoma, melanoma, myeloma

 • Congenital: HELLP

 • Trauma: Shock liver

 • Metabolic: Wilson Disease

 • Vascular: Budd-chiari syndrome, Portal vein thrombosis, Sinusoidal obstruction syndrome

 • Autoimmune hepatitis

 • Iatrogenic: DILI, Tylenol, Mushroom poisoning
