Minor Stress:

 • Mid febrile illness

 • Mid-moderate nausea/vomting

 • Gastroenteritis

Moderate Stress:

 • Open cholecystectomy

 • Hemicolectomy

 • Significant febrile illness

 • Severe gastroenteritis

Severe Stress:

 • Major cardiothoracic surgery

 • Whipple Procedure

 • Liver Resection

 • Pancreatitis

Critically ill Stress:

 • Sepsis Induced Hypotension or Shock
